THE RAZED are a rock trio in the Gothenburg area. They were founded 2009 by the English guitarist and singer Paul Byrne and the german drummer Joe Tyburn. With the Swedish bassist Skiddy Jarnvik they are a perfect blend of young and experienced musicians with different backgrounds.
Their songs are drawing influences from THE CLASH, THE CULT, FOO FIGHTERS, MONSTER MAGNET and many more. Full power drums, fluid bass and grunge guitar melting with killer hooks and melodies make their music been classified as “GRUNGEADELIC SPACEPUNK” . The english lyrics can be either perceived as provocative or irony. On stage THE RAZED are authentic, energetic and powerful infecting the audience to melt with the band and creating an unforgettable excitement.

The Razed have played live in many locations in Sweden and Germany including a large open air event in central Gothenburg “GP SCEN”!
THE RAZED are rehearsing for their follow up mini tour of Germany after last years successful shows at The Sage Club and Blacklands in Berlin.
Furthermore, THE RAZED have been invited to play the legendary WHISKY A - GO - GO in Los Angeles.
Their first EP “Panic Room” has been released in 2011 and is on digital distribution via SPOTIFY, AMAZON, TRADEBIT and iTUNES etc.
